Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, sellable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or MUJI retail store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
